Celilo Falls - The Last Run (1954)

The slideshow below is fairly simple in that it displays only four photos. However, similar slideshows can contain as many photos as you choose to include. There are many different options. The four images below are low resolution versions and have dust and dirt particles that may show up. I used low resolution and did remove the blemishes nor touch them up in for a reason. They are part of a rare collection of photos I obtained about twenty years ago, when I bought out part of the estate of the late photographer, Robert Jory. These photos are from 1954 and are not currently displayed elsewhere, or available from any other source. The photos were shot on medium format 120mm color glass slides. This was the Last Run at Celilo Falls. The natives fishing grounds were destroyed so the Dalles Dam could be built.

This is only one example of what you can do with Flash. One nice feature of Flash is that it also has its own very powerful scripting language, ActionScript; which will allow developers to develop a lot of fun and interactive tasks.
